Sorella Bakery was born in 2004. Our cookies are baked in small batches by hand using only completely natural ingredients. No artificial preservatives are used. We use Nielsen-Massey extracts exclusively which are high quality and completely gluten free. We think our cookies taste terrific - even people that aren't wheat sensitive have eaten them and loved them. Let us know what you think.
